George Post Exhibit - Atrium Gallery

The Bernard and Anne Spitzer School of Architecture recently opened a show up until May 9th 2014 which shows sculpture maquettes of the grotesques on the buildings and reproductions of the original sketches and drawings by George Post, the architect who designed Shepard Hall where some of our MFA studios are located.  Its worth checking out and the space is beautiful.

Printmaking Show


The printmaking show which is currently on view here at City showcases the work of our very own Melissa Walker.  The show opened on Thursday, December 12th and undergraduate artists Toni Ann Moreno and Monika Uchiyama (pictured below) were in attendance.

Come out on Thursday, November 14th as the MFA Studio Art and DIAP candidates' studios will be open to the public.

5-9pm


Our studios are in two buildings:
Compton-Goethals Hall Room 201 (On the SE Corner of W 140th St & Amsterdam Ave)
&
Shepard Hall 4th Floor (Convent Ave & W 140th St-One block east Amsterdam Ave)

 

Public Transportation:
Take the A, B, C, or D train to 145th OR the 1 to 137th St.
